A. Strategic Planning, Marketingand Product Development
To develop and implement promotional programs which build year-round awareness of Kawartha Lakes; motivate new tourists, encourages repeat visitation and increase overnight stays.

B. Consumer Service and Inquiry Fulfillment
To respond to consumer and travel trade inquiries and needs.

To provide tourism information and customized fulfillment packages, encouraging a conversion of interest in travelling to actual visits.

C. Industry Service
To provide business support services and professional and industry development for local tourism partners, agencies and associations

To facilitate a working liaison with all level of government as it pertains to grants, funding and partner programs.
